 政厅批准，“安徽新安书画艺术研究会”在九狮苑宾馆召开了成立大会。大会推选了郑伊农为会长，周哲波为常务副会长兼秘书长。
“安徽新安画派”久负盛名，曾产生过黄宾虹、渐江等一代宗师及享誉海内外的一批书画家。“安徽新安画派”在历史上对中国的书画艺术的发展起了非常重要的推动作用，也是“徽文化”的一个重要组成部分。当今，省委、省政府大力倡导弘扬徽文化，继承、发展我省传统书画艺术，“安徽新安书画艺术研究会”的成立，既有其一定的必要性，更有其深远的现实意义，它将负有不可懈怠的历史使命。
会上，“安徽新安书画艺术研究会”郑伊农会长、周哲波秘书长均表示，要在有关部门和“合肥文达集团”的支持配合下，不仅要组织书画家们积极开展有益的活动，还要在美学理论上对“新安画派”进行研讨，以弘扬新安书画艺术，为我省打造“徽文化”品牌，做出积极的贡献。

安徽新安书画艺术研究会简介
安徽新安画派始于唐代，是徽文化的一个重要组成部分，在中国绘画史上影响极大，饮誉海内外，曾产生过黄宾虹，渐江这样一代宗师。
1989年，由中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员郑伊农先生领衔组建了安徽新安书画研究会。该会在推动安徽书画发展方面作出过一定的贡献。2008年，在安徽省委省政府大力倡导弘扬徽文化的战略思想指导下，由安徽人民出版社中英文高级编辑、中国作家协会会员、安徽省美术家协会会员周哲波牵头，在原安徽新安书画研究会基础上，经过重新整合、报批、注册、登记、成立了安徽新安书画艺术研究会。
安徽新安书画艺术研究会宗旨是：本会以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，联系团结海内外有识之士，致力于新安书画艺术研究，弘扬新安书画艺术。
本会现拥有一批书画名家，教授及一批富有潜能的中青年书画家共一百多人。本会将逐步打破“门户”藩篱，团结一切可以团结的力量，调动一切积极因素，以更好完成自己的使命。

Anhui Xin’an paintings and Calligraphy Art Committee
Anhui Xin’an School,originating from Tang dynasty, is an indispensible part of Anhui culture and enjoys a great reputation at home and abroad. The school has an enormous influence on China’s painting history,whose representatives are such famous painting masters like Huang Binghong and jian jiang.
In 1989,Mr.Zheng Yinong,a member of China artists association and member of China calligraphers association,took an initiative to set up Anhui xin’an paintings and calligraphy art committee,which has contributed much to promoting the development of Anhui paintings and calligrahy.In 2008,Anhui provincial people’s Government strongly called for spreading Anhui culture widely,under which background Mr.Zhou Zhebo,a member of China writers association and member of Anhui artists association as well as a senior editor of Anhui people’s press,took the lead in establishing Anhui Xin’an paintings and Calligraphy Art Committee on the basis of the original one by means of restructuring, application and registration.
The guidelines of Anhui xinan paintings and calligraphy art committee are:guided by Marxism-leninism,Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory and Three Represents’, we willrally all scholars,painters and calligraphers to concentrate on Anhui Xinan Paintings and Calligrahy art research and publicize the art of xin’an paintings and calligraphy domestically and internationally.
The committee has already pooled more than one hundred members,among them are famous artists,professors and a number of talented young and middle-aged artists.It will gradually break down the “school barriers”,unite all those who can bo united and bring all the initiatives into full play to better accomplish its commissions.
